Returns & Warranty

If an item is purchased with us and is shipped to an address outside of the UK, the warranty we offer becomes Null and Void. We supply to the UK only!

Item Eligibility

Returns are only available for 'off the shelf' stocked/standard items and not for products that are built to order or modified to customer's requirements. If an item is not stocked in our Perth warehouse and is shipped directly from the supplier then it is considered built-to-order. If you have questions regarding this please contact our team at info@daqua.co.uk to confirm before ordering.

Unwanted Products / Incorrect Purchase

Our staff may offer guidance but this is not definitive and should only be considered as advice. If you are recommended a product by a member of our staff then the responsibility of ensuring it is correct for your application is up to you. While our staff members do their utmost to ensure that we recommend the correct products we may make mistakes and there may be aspects to the applications we may have missed or been unaware of. Please see the technical datasheets for the products and if one is unavailable please contact us or the manufacturer.

Warranty Period

All items have a 1-year warranty period from the point of sale unless stated otherwise on our website or quote.

Warranty Inspection

All items are subject to an inspection before a claim can be processed and warranty claims are only issued for items that have a proven and replicable manufacturing fault. The warranty applies to the value of the item only and does not cover shipping, incidental charges or damages. Turnaround times can vary considerably depending on the time of year and manufacturer from 1 week to a month.

In many cases the product(s) will require an inspection by the manufacturer, if this is required then there will be an extra charge if a fault is not found. This cost varies per manufacturer so contact our team for details. Inspection charges can start at £50, plus any carriage fees. If there is an accepted manufacturing fault then no charge will be applied.
